The New England Performance Excellence Initiative is a regional, cross-sectoral collaboration of local organizations, working together to improve New England's performance. The NEPE Initiative is focused on enabling public sector, private sector and community based organizations to improve their performance excellence and benefit the entire New England community.

Our Mission:  To measureably contribute to the development of a high performance environment -- in every way -- for local organizations in which to operate, and offer a compelling reason for new organizations to move to New England. New organizations -- and their employees -- mean more customers and better resources for the entire New England community.
 
Our Deliverables: We will provide access to Performance Resources to help all NEPE member organizations improve their performance, and we will act as the "Center of Performance Excellence" communication hub to link New England based organizations working to raise their performance initiatives to "the next level", and make it easier for organizations to find one another, learn from one another and to collaborate.
 

Our Strategic Objectives:

  • Improving the economic competitiveness of the New England region via projects which facilitate/stimulate business investment decisions.
  • Improving the economic competitiveness of the New England region via public sector body participation which creates a more positive economic and living environment.
  • Improving the "performance bottom line" of member organizations.
  • Expanding, enhancing, and activating the region's business and public sector leadership.
  • Generating greater awareness, appreciation, and support of the NEPE Initiative and its strategic objectives.
  • Expanding the number, breadth, and diversity of NEPE Members, and Partner Organizations.
